2. User Authorization & Consent Requirement
When utilizing identity verification or data export functions, you certify and warrant that:
- You are the lawful owner or authorized custodian of the mobile telephone number being queried; OR
- You have secured explicit, legally verifiable consent from the subscriber to verify the specified identifier.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All website design, logos, trademarks, code snippets, visual assets, and synthetic modeling algorithms are the intellectual property of AnamarAPK. You may not duplicate, mirror, or repackage this website without explicit authorization.
4. Synthetic Demo Data & Disclaimer of Accuracy
Demonstration datasets provided within the application are generated client-side using mathematical pseudorandom models. They do not reflect real-time subscriber registration and must not be used for legal or evidentiary purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AnamarAPK, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform, or reliance upon prefix allocations in the presence of Mobile Number Portability.
